Who you are
- Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment either through an agency, RPO or in-house
- Good knowledge of technical recruiting, e.g. software engineering, infrastructure or data science
- Experience with Boolean search through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar
- Exceptional candidate management skills from initial screening to offer negotiation and close
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and help us find, assess and hire the skills that will enable us to achieve our company goals
- You’ll be hands-on with implementing our recruitment strategy and own end-to-end recruitment processes, creating exceptional candidate experiences and showcasing great stakeholder management skills
- The role suits someone with initial experience owning full-lifecycle recruitment in an agency, RPO or in-house setup, and will see you initially focussed on technical recruiting for our London office as we embark on an important growth period in 2025
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and design interview processes
- Source and screen talent from various channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, x-ray search
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations
- Talent pool and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Input data into our applicant tracking system (ATS) with great data hygiene principles
- Contribute to wider HR-team initiatives focussed on improving the employee experience
