7+ years combined experience in SaaS, software technology company either as a Field Seller and/or in an Enablement role
Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes with ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to perform amid ambiguity and autonomously
Proven track record of getting stuff done and and driving adoption
Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
Analytical skill set to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale

What the job involves

You’d have a high-profile position that would help one of the world’s most popular database companies accelerate the growth of its best-in-class offerings. And you’d work with a pretty darn cool enablement and GTM team
We strive to work collaboratively with our GTM teams and you will be a key player to build a high performing culture
Reporting into the Global GTM Enablement organization, this person will act as a critical business partner at the intersection of our Account Executive organization and our Enablement organization
This role will serve as an experienced and trusted, strategic advisor to Sales Leadership to develop the solutions enablement strategy aligned with business priorities
They will own the strategic end-to-end enablement plans. They will design, deliver, and track enablement programs to accelerate ramp and productivity development across the sales process activities, products, industry/segment knowledge, and role-based competencies
Design and ensure the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy, all plans associated with the pre-sales strategy, the quarterly planning for the Sales Organization
Analyze and interpret key solutions metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics
Understand Solutions Industry and GTM approach and use such knowledge to build credibility and trust with Sales Leaders
Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies
As an active Business Partner, the Strategic Business Partner engages stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver an aligned Enablement plan

Our take

Businesses have increasingly been taking advantage of AI systems to process the vast amont of data they hold and produce, but the rapidity and sheer volume of AI data requests puts a significant load on company infrastructure. Redis, a database-as-a-service provider, exists to ease this strain, managing databases for business-critical applications with its cloud-based data platform.

This isn't a new industry and Redis faces competition from mainstays of the sector such as Oracle and Microsoft. However Redis stands out with its speed, cutting the database response time to less than a millisecond, easily outstripping its competitors. Founded in 2011, it is now the most popular database on AWS and is used by around 25% of professional developers. It counts Microsoft, Plaid, FedEx and many other enterprise companies as customers.

Redis plans to expand into emerging markets and sees the adoption of cloud-native systems by the world's biggest companies as inevitable. It has forged partnerships with Amazon and Google and is growing through acquisition, for instance in its 2022 purchase of RESP.app which served part of its growing ecosystem.
