Compensation Analyst, Plaid

• 3+ years experience in analytics, data science, investment banking, FP&A, or rewards consulting (Aon, Compensia, FW Cook, Glass-Lewis, ISS, Mercer, WTW, etc)
• Experience combining and analyzing data from multiple sources and making data-driven recommendations to others
• Advanced skill in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including scenario and forecast modeling
• Discretion and diplomacy to work on sensitive or confidential matters
• Interest in and motivation toward career growth and development

• Develop tools to sustain program delivery and scalable analytics, delivering useful, easy-to-use tools for Plaid’s leaders, employees, and key cross-functional teams
• Research market trends and model long-term business strategies, drawing on multiple sources to tell clear and actionable stories with data
• Own deep dives, performance analyses, and scenario models – analyzing possible outcomes, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations for the future, including recommendations for long-term business strategy
• Together with the team, share in supporting inbound requests and business processes, such as job changes, location changes, and questions from Plaids
