- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience building either Ruby or React applications
- Focus on User Experience
- Working knowledge of source control (Git)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS)
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest and RSpec

- In this role, you will focus on building robust, scalable systems, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to take full ownership of projects and iterate quickly.
- You are always on the lookout for opportunities to grow yourself, your team, and the product, with a keen focus on the company’s success
- Deliver impactful features consistently to sharpen your skills and enhance our products
- Forge strong partnerships with Product and Design teams to take full ownership of your projects and drive them to completion
- Leverage the expertise of senior engineers to make informed design decisions while benefiting from their mentorship and guidance
- Maintain momentum on your tasks, proactively seeking assistance to overcome obstacles and keeping your Engineering Leader informed of any potential time challenges
- Collaborate with senior engineers to create comprehensive mentorship resources that empower team members and foster growth
- Commit to leaving the codebase better than you found it, ensuring robust test coverage to elevate the overall quality and maintainability of our code
