Who you are
- A self-claimed, curious data enthusiast, with a keen interest in advertising and technology
- Perhaps you are studying or have just finished a degree in (ideally) Computer Science and looking to gain invaluable experience during the summer, or simply looking to elevate your technnical skills within an Engineering Team
What the job involves
- Our World-class Engineering team is looking for a summer intern
- The role be working alongside the Data Solutions function, supporting Captify’s Data as a Service business line, ensuring smooth delivery of data to our partners, troubleshooting issues, being the technical point of contact for questions and support
- Work with engineering to set up and debug data transfer and sharing
- Work alongside product and insights to design validation tests
- Run validation tests for new clients and monthly refreshes
- Share client use cases and feedback to the development teams for insight, product development and pre sales
- Format the data according to customers’ technical specifications
- Do ad-hoc analysis on a brief-to-brief basis of the data being sent to customers
- Reviewing incoming technical communications from partners to identify potential product delivery milestones, improvement to workflows, agree on acceptance criteria, manage deliverables / go-live / partner onboarding
- Support account management with queries about the data and or transfer process
