• 5+ years of experience working on a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations team in a highly strategic, analytical role within a high-growth company

• We are looking for a Sr Analyst within the Revenue Operations team to own and optimize our reporting and analytics function, delivering key insights to stakeholders, streamlining processes and creating actionable data-driven insights throughout the revenue organization
• In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact
• Be a trusted partner and advisor to the sales team and cross-functional business partners
• Develop presentations that analyze and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for sales leaders and cross-functional teams
• Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions around our go-to-market motion, iterate and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
• Partner with our Business Intelligence and Reporting teams to implement and manage reports, dashboards and analytics
• Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting across all areas of the revenue organization, from lead to bookings
• Incubate, scope, and execute on new initiatives around sales productivity, business performance, forecasting and enablement
• Implement and manage improvements to Salesforce CRM and other key rev org tools ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business
