Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales planning or business development
- Experience in digital ad sales, account management or digital ad operations
- Familiarity with digital media publishers preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- Proven experience successfully managing high-touch customer accounts
What the job involves
- Maintain, retain and grow assigned book of digital media publisher accounts
- Introduce new DVPS products to customers and drive adoption
- Present and demonstrate value of upsell product opportunities to customers and drive incremental revenue to meet quarterly quotas
- Successfully renew customers through current contract term
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing consistent client support and Client Business Reviews
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of upsell and renewal opportunities in Salesforce
- Assist with deliverables and ongoing projects in support of the DV Product team and the DV Marketing team

Since it was first launched, DoubleVerify has successfully carved out an impressive market share, and now boasts customers such as digital advertising giant Facebook as long-time customers. Its success is largely owed to the quality of its technology, which far outperforms that of its rivals. DoubleVerify has consolidated its success by expanding the range of languages its tools support. It has also expanded into new markets such as Australia and New Zealand, a key indicator of the company’s continued growth.
The digital ad space is changing constantly, and DoubleVerify will need to remain as agile and adaptive as it is at present in order to compete with rivals such as Tremor and Quantcast. But with a 2021 IPO, several recent rounds of funding and new product releases, it looks set to tackle its competitors head on and stay ahead of the game.
