Desirable

• Through calls and emails, you will gather information from clients to investigate and assess if we are able to take on their cases
• Assessing case suitability based on its likelihood of success. If a case isn’t a fit for us, you’ll guide clients on how they can pursue it independently
• You will transfer the information from your investigation into a detailed document, outlining your understanding, using the relevant laws and regulations
• Offering support to victims, actively listening to their experiences, and confidently directing them to additional professional help if needed
• You’ll play a key part in supporting clients through complex situations, using your initiative and critical thinking to gather information, build strong cases and consistently show results
• You’ll work independently to manage your time and priorities and be empowered to make decisions that make a real-life impact on our clients
• There are weekly 1-1 meetings with your manager, daily virtual clinics to ask case-related questions and regular team meetings to stay on top of law/regulation changes
• You take your work seriously, truly care about what you do, and know when to get your head down. At the same time, you love being part of a great team, embracing our culture, and having fun
