Role
Who you are
- You must be someone who wants to make an impact through their career
- You must have previous experience speaking to customers
- You must have a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
- You must be able to demonstrate a history of hitting targets
- You must have experience working with competing priorities
- You must be experienced using the latest technology and systems
Desirable
- Financial services experience is an advantage
What the job involves
- Speaking to potential clients about what happened to them and get the right information to build out their case. This will be a mix of phone calls and emails
- Making decisions on whether it is suitable for us to take a case on. We can only take on cases with a reasonable chance of success, but even where we don’t take on a case you will explain to the client how to do it themselves
- Full investigating what happened and developing arguments using relevant laws and regulations
- Providing emotional support to victims by listening to what they’re going through. And feeling empowered to help people if they need additional professional support
