Role
Who you are
- You are currently studying Economics, Communication, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field
- You are a highly motivated and independent person
- You are adept in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Your German is on a native speaker level and you are fluent in English
- You are flexible, able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and motivated to work in a creative, fast-changing environment
- You ideally have some practical experience in business development, consulting or project management
What the job involves
- In this role, you are part of our Strategic Partnerships Department, reporting to Lea, who leads our Key Account Management Team
- You support the coordination of various stakeholders internally as well as externally in order to produce highly engaging and inspiring food content in collaboration with one of our most important partners - our shareholder Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte
- You support the creation and execution of new creative concepts, campaigns and other service production projects for our ongoing partnership with BSH
- You experience the production of new, exciting content in our show kitchens first hand and help our Project Managers to meet deadlines and the requirements and high standards of our partners
- You oversee project briefings and make sure that all requirements are met during the whole production-to-delivery process
Our take
For many people today, finding and cooking fresh and exciting recipes can seem inaccessible. Kitchen Stories solves this problem with its interactive cookery app and website.
Compared to user-generated recipe sites, Kitchen Stories has maintained a strong focus on creating high-quality content. What's more, it allows users to find recipes based on the ingredients they already have. The company has scaled rapidly since its launch, and now boasts a database of around 11 million recipes.
Kitchen Stories' main challenge will be competing with other content-based recipe apps and websites, including UK-based Mob. However, its personalised approach and interactive recipes will ensure that Kitchen Stories can continue to differentiate itself from its rivals and scale its customer base.
