Who you are
- A deep understanding of the cybersecurity partner environment and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or comparable work experience. MBA preferred
- Proven experience in senior-level program management or a similar role
- Successful execution of programs for Managed Services Providers
- Strong program, project, and budget management skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Ability to use data and insights to build a persuasive data story to garner buy-in from stakeholders across organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to influence stakeholders that may be outside your organization
What the job involves
- We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President, Global Go-to-Market and Partner Programs, to join our GTM leadership team
- This role will drive our program strategy, enhance SonicWALL’s presence in the cybersecurity partner ecosystem, and align partner program strategy with our corporate goals
- The Vice President will improve our GTM programs, propose strategic enhancements, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for Partner and Go-to-Market Programs, aligning with the company's strategic goals
- Provide an strategy and operating model to maximize our valued partners’ experiences and loyalty
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inspire, articulate, and implement this vision
- Lead the development of innovative Partner and Go-to-Market programs that drive growth and differentiation
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the program's value proposition and deliver exceptional partner experiences
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the program's success
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and propose strategic improvements to enhance the Partner program
- Assess current partner programs' performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and implement strategies to address identified gaps and achieve set goals
- Set clear, measurable goals for the revised program
- Collect and analyze data on partner performance, engagement, and satisfaction
- Benchmark the program against industry standards and competitors
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a detailed implementation plan
- Partner with enablement, marketing, systems, and other resources to provide training and resources to partners
- Design and oversee competitive partner incentive programs
- Continuously monitor the program's performance and make adjustments as needed
- Work closely with senior executives and internal departments (sales, marketing, enablement, finance, customer support) to align the program with overall business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with partners and sellers to drive mutual growth and success
- Collect and integrate feedback from external partners to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Ensure effective allocation of resources to support the program's goals
- Optimize program elements, budget, and resource utilization to maximize impact and return on investment
