What the job involves

You’ll work with a cross functional product squad and stakeholders to translate complex online and offline business process into digital experience recommendations
Evaluate the customer, business, and system impact of digitizing traditional journeys. Including changes in business processes, procedures, and policies
Analytical and personable is how you would describe yourself, your recommendations are grounded in data and are comfortable analysing complex data sets from various sources
By understanding their requirements, you’ll work across SoftwareOne and Goatpath to identify the most impactful opportunities and the impact of perusing them
By leveraging your success in a transformational role, you’ll have excellent knowledge of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our situation
In your past roles, you will have had great success getting buy in from leadership and board members by breaking down complexity and communicating expected outcomes
You will support in implementation throughout the lifecycle, helping solve problems if they arise. As a customer advocate you will be obsessed in ensuring that your projects satisfy customer and business needs though acceptance and testing approaches
