What the job involves
- We are looking for an involved and energetic Intern to join Criteo and support our Local People Operations France Team
- You will work within the People Operations team based in Barcelona. The People Operations Intern will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France
- Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative tasks
- Support the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for new hires across Criteo offices in France:
- Preparation of employment contracts and management of employees files
- Update HR data within our HR system
- Management of day-to-day human resources matters, such as :
- Some type of Leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave)
- Preparation of letters and certificates for employees
- Questions and management of benefit enrolments
- Follow-up and scheduling of occupational medical exams
- Cases management through our ticketing tool
- Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation using our ticketing tool
- Work in true partnership with other People Operations colleagues, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT/Workplace
- Drive consistency and efficiency for core People-related processes
- Review of database policies. Continuous improvement of articles in our knowledge base
