What the job involves
- We did all this with a 2-person marketing team (Brianna and Jess) and 1-person design team
- And now we’re looking for someone who can build out our content design arm
- We want to build a content arm so good that people think we have 10 people working on it
- In order to do that, we need a special content designer whose work speaks for itself
- Your day-to-day may look like creating blog post assets read by leading operators, designing (and attending, if you’d like) stunning booths for conferences, whipping up new website pages, and creating LinkedIn ads
- Some companies whose content inspires us include Airbnb, Robinhood, Coinbase and Perplexity
- These are technology companies that have iconic brands
- Their brands were built on the pillar of being different
- We want to do the same, and you will lead that charge
- You will be given whatever you need to make that happen
- You will primarily work with myself, Brianna and Jess
- We also often partner with external contractors and agencies for specialized design work, like motion or 3D
- If there is someone you want to work with externally and they are good, you are free to hire them as a contractor
- We’re looking for someone who can design great content and evolved our brand
- You will work alongside our Head of Product Marketing in producing content that supports her team along with the Sales teams
- You will also work alongside myself in helping define and evolved our brand
- The right person for this role is a full-stack creative
- Someone who can take things from 0 to 1 and flex between many projects at once
- Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, and more
- Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
- Help define how content at Method gets produced, reviewed, and released at scale

Our take
Managing debt payments can be a challenge for fintech developers, who usually have to build these features into their products from scratch. Method aims to make this process much easier, providing an API which allows developers to embed debt and bill payment automation into their own apps.
Though facing a competitive market, the company is rolling out new features such as instant balance transfers and real-time credit card transactions while regularly forging new partnerships to stay ahead of the competition. So far, it has grown a customer base of 60 customers and ~5 million end-users.
The company has raised a significant amount of capital, most recently in a 2025 Series B led by Emergence Capital. This will be used to accelerate product development and onboard new talent. As the fintech sector continues to surge, Method's product will be a valuable tool in allowing new startups to compete with traditional institutions.
