• We are looking for an account manager B2B intern to join the Account/Ops B2B Team at BlaBlaCar Daily
• Their mission is to support our clients in the implementation of our solution, the growth of carpooling journeys, and the sustainability of BlaBlaCar Daily as a transport solution for the region
• You will be reporting to the B2B Communication Manager and working with a team of 9 people
• Manage BtoB customer relations as part of our partnerships: in a one to many perspective, you will address welcome messages from our corporate customers and reply to our accounts questions in a quick & accurate manner
• Listen to their needs and questions and help them to understand the reports
• Ensure that our Salesforce database of clients B(2G)B2 is well set up
• Identify suggestions frequently made to the B2B customer service department and suggest improvements to your manager & communication manager
