- Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where you can wear multiple hats, adapt quickly, and help build processes from the ground up
- Have worked across multiple layers of infrastructure and are comfortable navigating complex systems end-to-end e.g. container orchestration, compute and storage systems, APIs, and observability/monitoring stacks
- Have experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
- Be able to proficiently read and write small bits of code, ideally in solidity and go
- Love delighting customers by solving their toughest challenges throughout their entire journey with Conduit—from initial discovery and evaluation to deployment, scaling, and long-term success
- Are passionate about rollups and their potential to exponentially scale Ethereum, and are excited about building best-in-class tooling and infrastructure for it and around it.
- Enjoy taking ownership of problems, learning new skills, and continuously adapting to get the job done
- Enjoy identifying customer patterns and pain points, and proactively sharing valuable insights with the product team to help shape the roadmap, drive innovation, and continuously enhance the user experience
What the job involves
- In this role you'll be working closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings and customizations made possible by our leading Rollup-as-a-Service platform
- You’ll ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit, and you’ll be the first line of defense when technical issues pop up that need de-bugging. Your care and attention will make every user feel that they’re safe in our hands
- Our infrastructure is built on Kubernetes, Postgres, and Cloud Tasks on GCP, and the products on top utilize a mix of React, Javascript/Typescript, Go, Rust, and Postgres. While we value experience with these technologies, we are primarily looking for engineers with strong technical skills and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and frameworks
- We utilize the Arbitrum Orbit and Optimism rollup frameworks in production today

Crypto-native infrastructure platform Conduit is designed to empower and accelerate the builders in crypto. It enables them to scale applications by allowing them to spin up to a production-grade rollup (which is built on the OP Stack) in a fraction of the time it currently takes.
The company’s collaboration with the Optimism Foundation enables Conduit’s managed services to provide next-gen scalability by automatically updating code to the OP stack, making it easier for rollups' launched on its platform to become part of the Superchain, without compromising on security. Whether it be DeFi protocols, gaming companies, NFT platforms, or other on-chain providers utilizing Conduit’s platform, its flexibility enables developers to unlock new use cases and improve user experiences that would have been made impossible by traditional congestion issues.
And the company’s Paradigm-led seed funding round in 2023 enabled Conduit to accelerate the development of its platform features and capabilities, such as Data Indexing, Oracles, Bridge UI, and Verifiers.
