Who you are
- We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who combines deep experience in designing B2B SaaS products with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset
- We’re looking for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, where speed, ownership, and customer impact take priority
- Proven success in designing and shipping B2B SaaS products, ideally with experience in 0→1 launches or driving significant product growth
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset, navigating ambiguity with confidence and independently moving ideas forward by making smart trade-offs
- Passion for collaborative problem-solving, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define impactful solutions
- Strategic thinking with the confidence to recommend bold product bets and guide your team through customer-centric, pragmatic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and build alignment with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Figma, with experience experimenting with AI-powered prototyping tools like Lovable or V0 and integrating those into the design workflow
- A strong interest in building AI-driven product features, demonstrated through proactive learning and experimentation

Capmo’s major draw is its cloud-based build. This makes it easier for different sectors of a construction project to collaborate and coordinate. Capabilities of the platform include documenting defects, scheduling, and note taking, saving teams time on now-automated tasks.
