Who you are
- 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience
- Experience in hyper-growth SaaS/B2B environments
- Experience with a differentiated product and/or category creation a plus
- Understanding of B2B sales cycle and experience supporting sales
- Strong opinions about content marketing
- A builder of strategy and content with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to learn a new space and confidently create content for it

What the job involves
- Reporting to the VP of Marketing, our first Director of Content Marketing will play a central role in our brand marketing, demand generation, and overall GTM strategy
- Your role involves owning our content marketing strategy and partnering with key stakeholders across growth, product marketing, and sales to grow the impact of Forma.ai’s demand creation and capture functions
- You will craft content and campaigns that drive credibility, authority, and awareness of Forma.ai, optimizing our various channels, and positioning us as the go-to resource for sales performance management on the market
- As our content leader, you will take the lead on upskilling team members and managing a network of freelancers
- You will analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to grow impact and ROI
- The Director of Content Marketing will directly help with establishing Forma.ai as the best enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution on the market
- Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, targets the right audience, and differentiates the brand in the market
- Lead and manage the content marketing team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering professional development
- Maintain the company’s brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs to strengthen brand identity and ensure a unified brand experience for the audience
- Partner with SMEs internally to leverage them as a resource for content and also as a marketing channel
- Coordinate and manage relationships with freelancers to ensure a cohesive content team
- Oversee the development and management of an editorial calendar that schedules all content production and publication across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
- Ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives desired business outcomes, including social, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content
- Lead SEO efforts to ensure a consistent strategy and that all content is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and driving organic traffic to the company website
- Regularly measure and report on the performance of content marketing activities using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve outcomes
- Manage the content marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to in-house initiatives and external freelancers, and ensuring cost-effective content production
- Stay up to date on content marketing trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of the target audience to inform content strategy adjustments and innovations
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer ops, to ensure content supports overall business objectives and addresses customer needs throughout the buyer's journey
