GTM Finance & Strategy, Covariant

• A Bachelor’s level degree
• At least 3 years experience in finance, consulting, business operations
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into succinct insights
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative, drive projects independently, and adapt to change adeptly in a fast-growing company
• The ability to zoom in and zoom out, seeing the big picture while staying on top of the details
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects
• An eye for efficiency and automating manual processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within your company

• You will be responsible for driving global topline results through driving go-to-market (“GTM”) finance, strategy, and operations in partnership with senior leaders

• As an early, core member of the Finance team, you will help shape the direction of the function
• Work closely with the GTM teams to achieve topline results
• Own and build out financial reporting for the GTM functions
• Implement and improve processes that will support hyper growth at scale
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with GTM executives and senior leaders
• Finance:
• Build and own annual planning and rolling forecasting processes for all aspects of GTM org, including key financial and operational metrics
• Partner with GTM leaders on strategy and resource allocation decisions
• Implement and manage processes around project profitability across the project lifecycle
• Produce data-driven insights to help drive growth and margin expansion
• Strategy & Operations:
• Drive GTM operating cadences, including day-to-day deal processes, capacity planning, quota setting, and compensation plan design
• Create frameworks and processes to help the GTM org prioritize opportunities
• Continuously improve operational processes to support hyper-growth at scale
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects impacting the GTM organization, such as analysis of new products/geographies, customer profiles, and competitors
