What the job involves

Building end-to-end dashboards: data model, measures, visuals and reusable components and queries.
Monitoring data freshness and completeness. Implementing simple tests/alerts for pipeline failures. Identifying and troubleshooting data-ingestion issues. Understanding the dbt transformations and improving the models in order to optimise reports
Creating and updating key reports. Using advanced formulas to validate and complement BI outputs. Linking metrics back to business drivers.
Gathering requirements from teams across the business. Translating technical outputs into clear recommendations and communicating those to non-technical stakeholders.
Writing comprehensive documentation of processes, staying up to date with industry best practice and proposing improvements to systems and implementations.
Working with the development team and reporting to the Head of Product to manage a comprehensive data strategy.
