What the job involves
- Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic, Brand Marketing Manager with achievement in brand strategy, product marketing, or live service marketing
- At EA, you will join a team that is shaping the global presence and influence of the Battlefield franchise
- The Brand Manager for Battlefield sits within the Global Brand Management team and is an important contributor for developing cutting-edge brand strategy for EA’s award-winning studio
- You will report to the Director, Global Brand Management and you will create marketing and brand strategy for Battlefield games
- You will support the long-term brand development, identity, and creative direction of Battlefield games, partnering with partners across Studios, Marketing and Publishing Help shape the definition of our consumer target and their associated needs, motivations, and insights to increase brand growth, product development and inform marketing strategies
- You will partner with consumer insights to synthesize consumer research and market trends into tangible and actionable insights
- You will collaborate with brand director and Battlefield studio teams to define positioning, product features, content, and experiences by advocating on behalf of marketing and the player’s needs
- You will partner with Consumer Insights teams to identify opportunities and challenges across merchandising, messaging, game features (and concepts), and improve player experiences/results based on those findings
- You will work with brand directors on briefing creative teams and driving campaign development across all art, brand and campaign content
- You will help bring alignment and accountability to results across global cross teams including creative development, campaign management, analytics, publishing, finance, and market planning
- You will conduct ongoing product and competitive marketing analysis to ensure consumer and market trends are informing brand strategies
