- You have excellent verbal communication skills

- You are fluent in English and one of these 3 languages: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
- You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals

What the job involves
- We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads
- The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our Danish/Swedish/Norwegian-speaking customers
- NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates that can help us continue to grow our successful business
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
- Research, document and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
- Other duties as needed
