Senior Product Manager, Restaurant365

• This role requires a detail-oriented, action-oriented leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
• 5+ years of experience in HCM software focused primarily on HR or Talent Management
• Proven track record of simplifying complex HCM processes and leading process redesign initiatives
• Proven ability to create and grow products through effective prioritization and execution of ideas
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience meeting tight deadlines
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

• As the Senior Product Manager, HR, you will help drive the strategic direction of the hospitality-focused Payroll product line
• Collaborating closely with Product Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will develop a roadmap that aligns with organizational goals while ensuring impactful delivery for our customers
• You’ll influence and mentor others, leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Define, drive, and communicate the short- and long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives

• Customer-Centric Design: Conduct customer interviews and market research to inform roadmap decisions and refine product strategies
