Who you are
- Proven experience in a senior or lead product role in fintech, payments, trading or custody
- Deep understanding of payment rails, trading venues or settlement infrastructure
- Comfortable working directly with clients to align platform design with regulatory and operational needs
- Confident balancing delivery detail with long-term architectural thinking

- Zero-to-one function building - creating product delivery frameworks, engineering performance systems, and product delivery processes from the ground up
- We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own FoundryOS’s Accounts, Asset Movement & Storage domain
- This is the heart of our platform, how money and investments are represented, moved and reconciled across accounts, brokers, custodians and payment rails
- You’ll lead the strategy and delivery for how FoundryOS defines and manages accounts, and handles the lifecycle of assets from payments and transfers to trading and settlement
- That includes shaping how the ledger models each state of value, how we connect to payment and trading infrastructure and how those flows stay reliable, compliant and transparent
- You’ll work closely with engineering and clients to design the systems that underpin their regulated propositions
- You’ll understand how they operate, where their compliance obligations sit and ensure what we build helps them meet those needs safely and efficiently
- We’re particularly keen to hear from people who have worked as consumers of payment rails or trading rails and understand how they fit into modern financial architecture
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for Accounts, Asset Movement & Storage that underpins FoundryOS’s platform architecture and product strategy
- Design and evolve account and asset models that support multi-asset, multi-custodian and multi-rail scenarios
- Partner with Engineering and Data to ensure data models, APIs and event flows accurately represent asset states and transitions
- Collaborate with external custodians, brokers and fund networks to validate integrations and maintain data fidelity across systems
- Ensure custody and record-keeping align with regulatory expectations and are embedded into product design
- Identify scalability and performance opportunities and influence technical design decisions to improve reliability and resilience
- Translate client and market needs into clear, scalable platform capabilities
- Lead discovery and validation that inform domain-wide decisions and raise product standards across teams
