What the job involves

BeReal is looking for an experienced Offline Growth Manager to develop and execute innovative offline growth strategies. The main goal is to enhance user acquisition through offline channels
Events & Activations: Organize and manage offline events, brand activations, and experiential marketing efforts to create meaningful connections with users and drive user growth
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with universities, local organizations, cultural influencers (but not only) to amplify BeReal’s presence
Campus Programs: Develop and oversee ambassador programs at schools and universities to drive organic adoption and engagement
Referral & Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Design creative incentive programs to encourage user referrals and organic brand advocacy
