Role
Who you are
- Cypris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing team
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related field
- Proven track record of owning product reliability and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting systems
- Background with a cloud provider such as GCP or AWS is required. GCP is strongly preferred
- Experience with Elasticsearch, hosted or managed, strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with creation of CI/CD pipelines designed to speed deployments without losing quality
What the job involves
- As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our product and its infrastructure.
- You'll collaborate closely with a cross functional team to build and optimize our cloud resources, streamline deployments, and enable the seamless delivery of our AI-driven insights and analytics product
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Own the reliability of our products by implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to address production issues
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve stability and performance
- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices with an eye toward cost effective scalability
- Help establish and standardize the developer tool chain to improve collaboration, productivity, and consistency across the engineering team
