Role
Who you are
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, QA, and launches across multiple channels
- Ability to analyze data, provide initial insights, and work with team and leadership to drive strategic decision-making
- A team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives and collaborate cross functionally
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology or social media
- 3+ years of experience using Sheets, Excel, or other data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
Desirable
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
- Hands-on experience running App Store Optimization (ASO) experiments for iOS and/or Android, and managing in-app store events and promotional placements
- Experience partnering with external agencies to design and optimize creative across channels and countries

- We’re looking for a Growth Performance Marketing Associate to join Snap Inc!
- Efficiently drive new user acquisition and Snapchatter engagement via off-platform and in-app channels
- Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis across tactics, platforms, partners, campaigns, and more
- Present insights and recommendations to cross functional collaborators for decision-making
- Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creatives
- Assist with team operations, including items such as updating roadmaps and calendars to ensure programs are staying on track and budgets are invested for maximum efficiency

Snap Inc. is the social-media company behind Snapchat, a mobile app launched in 2011 that prioritises visual and emotive communication over traditional texting. Born from a desire to share real-time moments with authenticity, the app now boasts a massive global reach with daily active users surpassing 460M and monthly active users well beyond 900M.
After rejecting a billion-dollar acquisition offer from MEta Platforms (then Facebook) in 2023, Snapchat entered into a long-term rivalry with Meta's apps (most notably Instagram). Despite the competition, Snap has carved out a distinct place in the social-media landscape by innovating features such as the "Discover" tab, augmented-reality (AR) lenses, in-app gaming, paid subscriptions via Snapchat+, and robust ad-monetisation options.
Snap has yet to post a full-year profit since going public in 2017, but the company is clearly making progress. In Q1 2025 the net loss was narrowed to roughly $140M, down from $305M the year before, and revenue rose 14% to $1.36B. Advertising revenue remains periodic and macro-factors still pose headwinds, yet Snaps enduring popularity and its expanding product mix suggest that further success appears likely.
