Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently
- Passion for diving into a unique industry
What the job involves
- We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our growing team
- In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our laundry and garment care software solutions
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, build, and launch products that delight our customers and achieve business objectives
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Product Discovery & Definition:
- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to understand customer needs and pain points
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and FAQs
- Product Development & Launch:
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans
- Product Evangelism
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
- Represent the product roadmap and vision to customers, partners, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry influencers
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve product development processes and workflows
- Identify and implement best practices for product management
