Who you are

Are you a dynamic business development professional passionate about cutting-edge financial / payments technology and e-commerce? Do you thrive in a fast-paced pioneering environment where you bring you know how of technology solutions to eCommerce companies within Country ?
You will need a fully valid Irish or European driving licence and your own vehicle for this position
5+ years of business development experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in payments and eCommerce sectors
Proficient in CRM software, telephone systems, and social networking tools such as LinkedIn
Able to work independently, remain focused under pressure, and handle objections with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
Well-organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of local language and good knowledge of English

What the job involves

Client Relationship Representative - eCommerce are responsible for promoting company’s eCommerce services while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage
Promote company’s eCommerce payments technology services
Assist merchants with verification and activation processes
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance
Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers
Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities
Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration
Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies
Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage
Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope
Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner
