Previous experience with order entry preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP a plus
High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships
Fluent in German & business English
Technical record keeping management skills
Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues
Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport
Attention to detail
Organized with ability to multi-task

What the job involves

As an Order Entry Consultant at IDEXX, you will be providing Customer Support in the ordering of animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic services, water-testing equipment and other products and services
You will support customer order entry and billing, or other priorities such as: answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting with online platforms or order related issues, database or data communication issues
You will determine customer needs and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed
You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships
You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements
