Who you are
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, market and/or technologies
- 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS or deep tech.)
- Deep business acumen and a track record of supporting organizations through rapid growth and change
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent judgement and experience managing complex, nuanced employee matters
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse functions and geographies
What the job involves
- As we scale, Behavox is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner
- In this role, you will help to drive people programs that fuel high performance, agility and collaboration across the business
- This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about elevating company performance and building scalable people practices
- Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll bring deep HR expertise and business acumen to help leaders navigate complex challenges and drive business growth
- This role requires a strong ability to influence, advise, and partner cross-functionally
- Serve as the London office site leader, regional HR Business Partner for the UK, and work with leadership across all functions to execute and align talent strategies with business priorities
- Support organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly
- Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters
- Drive execution of people initiatives in the UK, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and localization for compliance, culture relevance and effectiveness
- Proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance through sound employee relations practices
- Independently lead large-scale initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations
- Build stage appropriate HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Manage performance management, career development, and training programs that support employee growth and engagement
- Leverage people metrics and analytics to guide decisions, identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Partner closely with the HRBP for North America and with COEs (e.g. Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops) to deliver a unified and seamless employee experience
