Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to digest large sets of data and provide key insights and recommendations
- Experience developing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests,
- Familiar with advertising attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementally testing
- Ability to distill and present complex data sets in a digestible format for internal stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of marketing principles, data science approaches, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization techniques
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Amplitude, BigQuery, and other analysis tools
- SEO knowledge and proficiency with SQL required
- A background in multi-location or franchising, eCommerce, and entertainment is a huge bonus!

- Play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives through data analysis and insights
- Collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to marketing campaigns, website behavior, demographics, promotions, OKRs, KPIs, and loyalty programs
- Optimize marketing performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and informing strategic decision-making within the marketing department
- Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather, organize, and interpret data, such as Google Analytics, CRM, Power BI, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Excel, ad platforms, and Powerpoint
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards
- Support the development and execution of A/B testing and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance
- Analyze website behavior to identify and suggest UX or CRO improvements
- Configure and refine data tracking and attribution for marketing campaigns, website activity, and other marketing efforts
- Conduct competitor research to gain insights applicable to marketing optimizations
- Extract ad hoc data from data warehouse and other platforms
Our take
Virtual Reality has existed for decades now, but even recent developments in the technology lack essential factors such as physical immersion and social interaction. Existing VR systems are dominated by sit-down single-player setups, and more immersive experiences are generally expensive and limited spatially.
Sandbox VR operates physical virtual reality spaces for customers to enjoy a multiplayer gaming experience within. The startup aims to produce a content ecosystem to compete with existing VR developers for legacy consoles, combatting the expensive technology costs by charging per usage within a fixed location.
Whilst VR is breaking into the mainstream video game console landscape, Sandbox VR stands out by providing an affordable opportunity to test technology that is too impractical and costly for home experiences. Furthermore, the unique approach to multi-player and physical-space-focused VR demonstrates the potential to maintain interest in an industry that consumers have high expectations of.
