Who you are
- Ustomer and business intuition: Connecting data to HOLY's product, customer behavior, and business model comes naturally, supported by 2–4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or data science (ideally in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer goods)
- Analytical rigor meets speed: A strong 80/20 mindset helps you balance depth and pace, delivering fast and reliable analysis without unnecessary complexity. You have a proven ability to build forecasting models, run incrementality testing, and turn performance data into actionable insights
- Technical proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets or Excel) is expected, along with experience in BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau. Bonus points for Python or R
- Clear communicator: Complex insights are translated into crisp, compelling stories for different audiences and stakeholders. Fluency in English is required
- Ownership mindset: A proactive approach to spotting issues, flagging them early, and driving recommendations through to action is essential. You do not wait to be asked twice
What the job involves
- As a Marketing Analyst at HOLY, you'll be the analytical backbone of our marketing and growth teams. Your mission: Turn data into decisions by delivering accurate forecasts, actionable insights, and performance analysis that fuel HOLY's commercial engine
- Own weekly revenue forecasts and maintain our driver-based forecasting model to keep expectations aligned with reality
- Track marketing spend and budget pacing, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns
- Partner with Finance and Growth teams to optimize HOLY's commercial planning and resource allocation
- Deliver rapid-response analysis for marketing teams, including campaign debriefs, performance deep dives, and channel troubleshooting
- Build and maintain dashboards that empower teams to make faster, smarter decisions
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
- Design and execute incrementality tests to measure true marketing effectiveness across channels
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing ROI and customer acquisition strategy
- Analyze channel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain short-term demand forecasts that factor in promotional impact and offering changes
- Model campaign volume scenarios to support inventory planning and fulfillment operations
- Help optimize resource allocation across the business by connecting marketing activity to operational needs
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance meetings with clear, compelling analysis that supports management decisions
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, E-Commerce, and Operations teams
- Proactively flag risks, spot opportunities, and drive follow-through on your recommendations

- Hiring Manager interview with Martijn: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Martijn our Sr. Business Operations & Analytics, our Sr. Talent Development Manager
- Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple
- Founders Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Phil , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!

Our take
The soft drinks industry is big business, estimated to reach a value of over $600 billion by 2030. However, many of the biggest brands are full of unhealthy and unethically sourced ingredients that are not in line with the push for more sustainable products. HOLY is a German company that wants to disrupt the soft drink industry with healthier and more ethically sourced alternatives.
HOLY’s two flagship products are its energy drink and iced tea. With sugar and taurine-free ingredients, the products come in powder form, which saves 90% on packaging and significantly decreases the amount of CO2 emissions from manufacture and transport compared to canned drinks.
As with many soft drinks, HOLY’s branding is key. Its vivid designs and online presence increase its appeal for the gaming community, who would typically lean toward large competitors such as Monster Energy. With good funding at its back and a 2026 push into the UK market, HOLY is on the right path to compete with well-established rivals, having sold more than 10 million drinks solely via its online marketplace.
