What the job involves
- Veeam is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, GSI – Americas to lead and expand our partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the Americas region
- In this role, you will define and execute the regional GSI strategy, accelerate partner‑led sales growth, and strengthen Veeam’s presence as the trusted data protection partner in GSI cloud, services, and digital transformation initiatives
- You will partner with executive leaders inside major GSIs, the Americas sales organization, product and marketing teams, and Veeam senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Lead the Americas GSI strategy, including planning, execution, forecasting, and revenue performance
- Strengthen and expand executive‑level relationships across key GSI partners
- Drive joint solutions, sales alignment, and integration of Veeam technologies into GSI offerings
- Lead and develop a regional partner team focused on growth, enablement, and field execution
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable GSI‑influenced pipeline
- Collaborate with Americas sales, product, marketing, and global alliances to drive aligned execution
- Ensure operational rigor, accurate forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Represent Veeam at GSI‑focused events, briefings, and strategic business reviews
- Champion Veeam’s leadership competencies with a culture of collaboration and accountability
