What the job involves

As a Demand Generation Manager at 15Five, you will be accountable for making a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through a variety of demand generation programs
Create and manage events that generate demand and create pipeline from end-to-end
Create email marketing that generates demand and creates pipeline from end-to-end
Master Hubspot
Contribute to 15Five’s pillar events such as Thrive and HR Superstars Summit
Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s market and customers
Make data-informed decisions to experiment and improve marketing programs
