Who you are
- š¼ Sales Engineering Experience: You have more than 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS
- š£ Excellent Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator who can effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- š Commercial Acumen: You understand sales processes and can creatively address client needs with technical solutions
- š¤ Relationship Building: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly within IT Ops and SecOps
- š§ Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of API integrations, oAuth, and experience with Docker / Kubernetes / Javascript
- Startup Experience: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments

- š Advanced Technical Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training
- š± Community Engagement: You are active in tech communities and have experience engaging with open-source projects

What the job involves
- Your main goal will be to drive technical pre-sales processes and ensure successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert leads into satisfied customers
- Conduct technical calls and demos with potential Enterprise customers to showcase n8nās capabilities
- š§ Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies
- š Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience
- š Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding
- š¤ Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams
- š Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n
- š” Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success
- š Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes
- š£ Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements
- š Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts
