Who you are
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships
- Experience working with executive leadership both internally and externally
- Experience building long-term strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated examples using skills to thrive in a face paced environment and adapting to changes
- Broad experience working with brands through various touch-points from media to content generation
- A cross-functional leader with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment

What the job involves
- Drive strategy for the fashion, beauty and retail vertical
- Come up with creative ways for brands to enter into Roblox in an authentic way
- Be the point of contact for brands and assist in developing concepts, connecting brands with the Roblox community
- Work collaboratively with Roblox's Marketing, Communications, Developer Relations, Economy, Product and Legal teams
- Keep up with social media and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners
- Have experience working with brands to educate on digital identity, self-expression and immersive socialization
- Be a strategic resource for brands and help inspire creativity in brand engagement on Roblox
- Educate on discoverability of brand experiences through promotion of Roblox immersive media solutions
- Maintain existing relationships with established brands on the platform and help drive strategy and innovation to grow relationships
