Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Familiar with working with CRM, Ticketing Systems & Project Management Tools
- Fluent in German & English
- Experienced and skilled with online communication platforms and online project management (tech-savvy)
- Track record in project management and precise execution of repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy daily customer contact and have a strong service orientation
- Excellent communication, collaboration and people skills

What the job involves
- The role reports directly to our Head of Customer Success and holds large potential for future growth in the company
- Direct customer interaction with the goal of one hundred percent customer satisfaction
- Emphatic and quick help with customer questions
- Managing customer issues through our ticketing system, Zendesk
- Improvement of Communication in general and customer support processes, in particular
- Preparation of online customer meetings
- Support for both German-speaking and international customers
- Project support to the management team
- PA support to the CSM - meeting scheduling, administrative tasks
- Setting up customer campaigns in our campaign interface
- In a true start-up fashion, you may end up helping across departments and tackling many different tasks. Within our fast-paced environment, our team supports each other to remove roadblocks and tackle issues when needed
