Senior AI Product Engineer, Amplitude

• This role is for a fullstack engineer who leans frontend, has a strong product sense, and cares deeply about quality
• You have 3+ years of fullstack engineering experience
• You care deeply about design, usability, and building products people love
• You have strong product intuition and proactively identify improvements without being asked
• You’re comfortable moving fast and making smart tradeoffs
• You’ve worked in early-stage or zero-to-one teams before
• You’re curious about AI and excited to shape how it gets surfaced to users

• You’ll own experiences end-to-end, from system design to pixel polish, and help define what “usable” AI feels like
• You’ll be part of a small, scrappy, high-context team working across the entire LLM stack — from prompt design to infra to monitoring to customer-facing UX. We move fast, own our work, and prioritize quality + learning over throwing models at the wall
• Build fullstack features with a bias to frontend and UX ownership
• Craft thoughtful, fast, responsive UI components that interact with LLMs and agents
• Work closely with backend engineers to build bridges into orchestration and infra
• Pair with PMs and designers to rapidly iterate on new ideas and prototypes
• Help define best practices for AI UX — what does great prompting, feedback, and fallback look like?
• Own the end-user experience and obsess over polish
