Who you are

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with consumer brands, preferably in a digital marketing or media agency. If you are passionate about data, possess excellent writing skills, and can identify trends in the ever-evolving social media and influencer marketing landscape, we want to hear from you
1-2 years minimum experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably in a strategy-related capacity
Previous experience working with consumer brands is required; familiarity with luxury and/or fashion brands is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for spotting trends and understanding their implications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in data analysis and manipulation
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

What the job involves

We are looking for an Insight Analyst with a strong strategic and analytics mindset to provide valuable insights, trend analysis and craft compelling stories from data for our clients
1. Strategic Insights:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimise influencer selection, content creation, and campaign performance for our clients
Understand the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors
Write insightful reports and blog posts across different industry verticals
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyse data related to influencer marketing data from our platform
Utilize Excel and other data manipulation tools to extract meaningful information from large datasets
Help to create insightful reports to communicate campaign performance and key insights to internal and external stakeholders
3. Trend Analysis:
Research the latest trends, cultural shifts, and influencer marketing developments across a number of industries, particularly luxury, fashion and beauty
Identify emerging trends and insights that can inform influencer marketing strategies
Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner for internal and client use
Keep up to date with competitor activities and market dynamics
