Role
Who you are
- An empathetic thinker with a consultative sales style and demonstrable ability to influence and understand senior stakeholders
- Experienced in one or a combination of technology, risk management, compliance and/or real estate sectors
- Have two or more years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Maintain a burning desire to make a difference and achieve

What the job involves
- Support the launch of our exciting new software solution that enables housing providers to meet the requirements of new legislation made in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy. The legislation affects 500 managing agents controlling five million homes.
- Ensure the long-term success of clients by building long-term relationships based on trust and overall satisfaction.
- 40% developing leads and presenting to potential clients.
- 40% maintaining relations and providing support to existing clients.
- 20% collaborating with the product and operation teams on strategy and product development
- Represent RiskBase at trade shows to networking events

Following the Grenfell tragedy, fire safety legislation was introduced to prevent anything like that event from ever occuring again. However compliance with these new laws is a difficult business for social landlords and managing agents, and with millions of homes in their portfolios getting it right is absolutely paramount. RiskBase provides a range of cloud tools and app to make compliance simpler and more effective, saving property managers time and money and (more importantly) improving the safety of UK's vast managed property sector.
