Role
Who you are
- 4+ years’ experience managing paid media accounts
- Substantial experience across the breadth of performance marketing and social media and other marketing channels including: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, 6Sense, and a strong understanding of Paid Social channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Experience of establishing ABM and using 6sense to drive demand
- Experience working towards performance goals and KPIs
- Substantial experience of managing and developing a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce and other full funnel reporting tools
- Strong numerical skills, including strong experience in using and creating Excel formula to analyse large data sets and find actionable insights
What the job involves
- Setting and reporting on the growth strategy alongside the demand generation teams
- Building and leading a high performing marketing team, including management of our fantastic Paid Social Manager
- Paid Media Campaign Management: Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand
- Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social
- Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and 6Sense
- Collaborate with Demand gen teams to drive an account-based approach using 6sense
- Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance either directly or within the team
- Data Analysis and Reporting both in-platform and through the funnel: Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and make spend recommendations
- Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings with an experimentation protocol

With email and intranet systems entrenched in both legacy and startup companies, Exclaimer has a market built into its Microsoft and Google-compatible software. It has also capitalised on the use of personalised signatures and brands for email marketing and data collating, with customers including the likes of Sony, Bank of America, and the BBC.
Exclaimer’s USP is its easy-to-use design tools that allow businesses to create and tailor for team-specific purposes their own footers through a centralised dashboard. With substantial funding awarded in 2020, Exclaimer continues to develop its product suite for the cloud and expand its global footprint, thus keeping up with younger competitors.
