Who you are

Proficiency in Webflow and web development principles
Skilled in Figma for asset creation and design
5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role, with strong emphasis on asset creation and marketing management
Technology or healthcare specific experience, clinical knowledge is a plus
Executive presence: experience interfacing at the C-suite, not only internally but with external leads
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

What the job involves

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website(s) using Webflow
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO
Utilize Figma for design and development of high-quality marketing materials
Create and manage various marketing assets including sales proposals, product brochures, pitch decks, videos, and other content
Collaborate with the CEO/President and the rest of the team to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals and messaging
Monitor website analytics and implement strategies to improve SEO, traffic and conversion rates
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products and services to ensure achievement of company sales objectives, brand awareness, and competitive positioning
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience engagement

Our take

Surgical navigation is the process of using computer technology to guide a surgeon’s movements through operations, especially complex ones. Medivis creates technology that helps these surgeons through medical imaging, augmented reality and artificial intelligence.

Medivis’s SurgicalAR technology uses 2D imaging lifted from MRI scans and X-rays to create holographic visualisations that help surgeons improve their precision. Founded in 2016, the company’s technology is currently being used in 15 hospitals, mainly for medical training, surgery planning and medical trials. That being said, the implementation of Medivis’s cutting-edge solutions goes far beyond hypotheticals.

Series A funding awarded in 2023 is being channelled into scaling its engineering teams and obtaining regulatory clearances. The plan is to commercialise across neurosurgery, orthopaedic surgery, radiology and reconstructive surgery. Here’s to hoping its clearances pan out, because Medivis’s tech could be the next frontier of tech-enabled surgical procedures.
