Solution Architect, Arduino

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Solution Architect or other customer-facing technical roles in enterprise (professional services, sales engineer, FAE, technical consultant, etc.)
• Technically astute, High technical aptitude (experience with electrical engineering or programming a plus). It is key for you to have the ability to consult engineers/ technical managers by providing technical and design advice for the right IoT solution
• Deep analytical skills to convey how technical applications drive business value
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to large technical audiences at workshops and conferences
• Working knowledge of technical aspects of IoT (EE, hardware, firmware, Linux, gateways, connectivity, cloud, and data management)
• General knowledge of industrial automation (MES, SCADA, PLC and I/O Sensors)
• Self-starter that shows Initiative and drive; strong goal-setting and planning, and enthusiasm for problem-solving
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ideal candidates will possess an engineering background along with a proven track record of assisting Sales with closing new opportunities and developing reference design

• Collaborate with the customer to gather and define business requirements and functional requirements leading to creating the appropriate technical and solution footprint
• Deliver proposed solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both the application and technical front
• Coordinate with the leads during the research and design phases of a project
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reference architectures,use-cases, and system requirements
• Coordinate with other team members and partners for cross-functional solutions
• Produce clear and accurate solution presentations and data requirements for the technical team
• Ability to understand the requirements and draw parallels to our features
• Ability to keep continuous communication with the customer during various project phases
• Ability to concisely articulate product features and benefits through marketing mediums such as video, webinars, social media, blog posts, and event talks
• Provide constructive recommendations to various Product Managers acting as a proxy for customer feedback
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of Industrial Automation, IoT solutions
• You will be considered the subject matter expert and participate in every stage of the sales process. Your input will result in prospective customers understanding how our products and services will meet their unique needs. As a subject matter expert, you would also support Marketing during product demos, webinars, hackathons, and public speaking
