EA to the CEO, Kriya

• Minimum 2 years previous experience as a PA/EA at C-level
• At least 5 years of overall work experience
• Great knowledge of good venues and restaurants in and around London
• A people person
• Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Zoom

Desirable

• As EA to a busy CEO and Co-founder, your role will involve all facets of PA duties, both administrative and project-based
• You will be working directly with the CEO as well as providing support to the wider Senior Leadership team
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders of the business when required
• Support the CEO with business related tasks, and occasional private tasks, including attending events, booking restaurants and making travel arrangements
• Full diary management and meeting coordination, including last minute diary commitments and requests
• Arrange global travel itineraries and expenses as well as acting as a reliable point person whilst the CEO is travelling in case plans change and they need help remotely
• Forward plan meetings: set out agendas, proactively check in advance if any prep or note-taking is necessary, follow up with attendees for large meetings to ensure all materials are available and everything is understandable and ready to go
• Deal with ad-hoc requests and supporting on strategic projects as required
• Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
• Adeptly communicate both verbally and in writing with people at all levels both internally and externally, confidently acting as the CEO’s right hand person
• Arrange regular meetings and offsites for the Senior Leadership team as required
