Senior Director of Revenue Systems, Innovid

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in Salesforce administration
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform, including Lightning, CPQ, and automation through flows
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment is highly advantageous

• As the Senior Director of Salesforce Operations (Revenue Systems), you will play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue operations by overseeing the administration and optimization of salesforce.com (SFDC) and other customer-facing technologies
• Collaborating closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, you will lead a high-performing team to ensure seamless utilization of our revenue systems, enabling streamlined processes and maximizing revenue generation
• Your deep expertise in SFDC, CPQ, and lightning flows, along with your proven SaaS background, will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our technology stack to support our business growth
• Provide technical leadership in successfully integrating and consolidating Salesforce instances resulting from mergers or acquisitions. Ensure meticulous data migration, seamless customization alignment, and process harmonization
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze disparities between Salesforce instances, contribute to migration strategies, and execute flawless data migration and system integration

• Oversee the dynamic configuration, tailored customization, and consistent upkeep of SFDC to cater to the evolving needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
• Lead the seamless incorporation of new features, modules, and integrations within SFDC, ensuring fluid data flow and inter-system functionality
• Champion data quality and integrity, implementing stringent data governance best practices that underpin precise and dependable reporting
• Manage the administration of customer-facing technologies, encompassing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, orchestrating their seamless integration with SFDC and other pertinent platforms
• Collaborate adeptly with cross-functional teams to assess technology requisites, offer strategic recommendations, and execute solutions that amplify revenue generation and operational efficacy
• Collaborate harmoniously with Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Operations leaders to decipher business requisites, deftly translating them into impactful system configurations and streamlined workflows
