Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in modern product design, ideally with a background in graphic design
- Great understanding of design craft and storytelling, with attention to detail – making sure that the product has a great and coherent user experience for all stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with your colleagues (and partners), both local and remote
- Demonstrate effective and concise communication when presenting your designs
- Self-starter and autonomous, prioritizing and executing projects with quality outcomes
What the job involves
- We at CEEZER seek a highly motivated Product Designer (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our experienced product & tech teams and various business stakeholders in a fast-moving and VC-funded startup and on many exciting aspects of our product & business
- Taking ownership of design projects, from discovery to implementation
- Working closely with the product & tech teams, and business stakeholders from the organization, to transform complex and abstract challenges into concise and tangible solutions across different problem spaces (supply, demand, core)
- Ensuring a consistent design language and user experience across the product by contributing and maintaining the design system
- Supporting other design-related activities such as content marketing, social media, and exhibitions/fairs

CEEZER is a marketplace that in short wants to support its clients to decarbonise their operations. The company offers businesses a way to integrate both carbon removal and avoidance credits in portfolios, making the complex voluntary carbon market considerably more accessible.
The company has already passed several successful funding rounds and acquired many customers including the likes of DAX30. Though the market or this type of company is fairly saturated, the calling for the companies is so large that it shouldn’t be an issue. CEEZER is investing its latest fundraise in expanding its US presence and further developing both its product and team.
