Who you are
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise organizations, navigating complex decision-making structures and multi-year customer engagements
- Proven experience leading Sales or Account Management teams, with a track record of driving performance and results
- Strong ability to identify key stakeholders, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions and proposals to address those needs effectively
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, paired with a strong commitment to long-term customer satisfaction and retention
- Experience with Kubernetes, the enterprise sales lifecycle, and the cloud ecosystem is a significant advantage
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Director of Customer Success & Account Management for the Americas to lead and scale our CS Account Management function during a period of rapid growth
- In this role, you will build and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers who partner closely with existing customers to drive adoption, accelerate value realization, and deliver long-term customer delight
- You will be responsible for strengthening strategic customer relationships while maximizing expansion through upsell and cross-sell of Cast AI’s evolving portfolio of automated cloud management and cost optimization solutions
- As a value-driven, independent leader with deep experience in enterprise cloud SaaS – particularly across cloud infrastructure, cost control, observability, security, or DevOps – you will play a critical role in capturing the significant market opportunity ahead and helping our customers succeed at scale
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team culture that drives pipeline, delivers results, and supports the growth and success of every team member
- Hands-on Impact: Make a difference for your team and your customers by staying close to the field – joining customer calls, removing obstacles, and driving meaningful impact where it matters most
- Customer Relationship Management: In addition to managing the team, you will own a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Account Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts and drive revenue growth, while coaching and motivating the team to do the same
- Onboarding and Training: Work closely with Technical Account Managers to guide new customers through a well-defined and closely managed onboarding process, ensuring rapid adoption, clear value realization, and a fast transition into expansion motions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, the TAM team, R&D, Partners, and other key stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and long-term success of your accounts

Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. CAST AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud technologies, CAST AI is a strong choice of provider as it provides customers with a unified, automated platform, making Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) more efficient and budget-friendly.
