Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, HRIS management, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or finance environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a deep understanding of system administration, configuration, and integration
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as GDPR and best practices in data governance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear, impactful recommendations
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and improve processes
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a talented People Analytics & HRIS Specialist to join our team in London
- You’ll lead the charge in developing data-driven insights that support strategic decisions across the organization
- You will oversee our HR systems, particularly Rippling, ensuring we maintain accurate, actionable data that enhances the employee experience and supports our People team’s goal
- This role is essential in driving operational efficiency, delivering insights that matter, and helping Blockchain.com scale as we grow globally
- Data Strategy and Analytics:
- Design and implement people analytics strategies to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and more
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that offer real-time, actionable data for the People team, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Use data to support decisions around hiring, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- HRIS Management:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling, managing system configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure teams can effectively utilize Greenhouse
- Process Optimization and Project Management:
- Lead projects to improve HR processes, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, scalability, and an improved employee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a holistic view of workforce data
