What the job involves

As an Outbound Sales Rep at Rupa, you'll own the outbound discovery process with our practitioners and be in charge of developing and managing key, business-critical relationships with our potential users
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with prospective users
Give amazing product demos to show how Rupa solves important problems for health care providers
Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve team goals
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our prospective users
Working cross-functionally with our product & operations teams to provide valuable feedback from practitioners
Understand and learn about the Functional Medicine landscape and environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings

Our take

Rupa is providing a platform that is making it easier for practitioners to have access to root-cause medicine, from DNA testing to hormone and fertility testing. This is often otherwise inaccessible at average hospitals.

Demand for this holistic approach to medicine has skyrocketed, growing 15-30% annually for the past ten years. But still, there is little access to root-cause medicine. Rupa is building an infrastructure to accommodate the root-cause approach and intends to make it the standard of care for everyone globally.

Backed by world class investors and advisors such as Bessemer Venture partners, Union Square Ventures, and First Round Capital. Rupa has seen exponential month-over-month growth and aims to further strengthen its team and mission as it expands the company and broadens and accelerates product development.
