Role
Who you are
- 2+ years content marketing experience in b2b or b2c companies
- You’ve owned strategy and operated all major social media platforms and you have a passion for engaging our audience on social media
- You have a basic understanding of SEO and how to develop a winning content strategy
- You have created email copy before and have an understanding email strategy
- Some PR experience is a nice to have, but not required
- Exceptional writing skills that engage your readers and fit the medium, whether it's a social post on LinkedIn or a 2,500-word guide
- Ability to research and comprehend complex topics. You communicate complex ideas in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner
- Comfortable working and researching topics autonomously and thoroughly
- Self-motivated and hungry for knowledge and new ways of doing things
- You are organized and strive to deliver on time
- You’re an exceptional communicator, regardless of medium
- You understand and are passionate about leveraging modern technology and tools to increase the output and precision of your work (but you understand these tools’ limitations)
- You have experience developing content in-house at a startup or agency

Our take
Companies used to (and often still do) spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers, and people who can not only manage the contracts better, but also see to their compliance, renewal, and more. Now with Contract Lifecycle Management software, that process is both more streamlined and cheaper.
SirionLabs has been a pioneer in the space and is known for its impressive use of AI technologies like natural language processing to import and organize contracts, negotiations and contract review. The company is focused on developing a suite of products that continue to make legal teams’ lives easier. Recently that strategy has seen the welcome introduction of ‘draft risk scores’ based on clause selection and refined boilerplate commercial contracts.
The CEO, Agrawal, sees Ironclad, Conga and DocuSign CLM as SirionLabs’ chief rivals. However, the executive has claimed that the company is gaining momentum, with more than 250 customers including Qantas and Vodafone. Despite this the SirionLabs has not been immune to market turmoil. Following significant Series D funding, the company cut a large number of jobs to ensure long term sustainability, a move which has seen the company swiftly return to growth despite tough economic conditions
